Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 12:30 to 6:00 pm. With enough notice, appointments can be made for 11:30 am, 5:00 pm, and Saturdays. Please allocate 90 minutes for yoga tutorials and at least 80 minutes for sessions.

As of September 1, 2008, the cost is $85. I generally schedule one to six weeks ahead of time, but it is always worth calling, even at the last minute, as cancellations do occur. Thank you for your interest!
